Plan and manage the flow of contingency and supply chain UK
logistics enquiries, providing solutions, and adhering to schedules, service deadlines and daily departmental responsibilities.
Key job responsibilities
- To provide solutions to customers requested
- Vehicle planning via road – air or sea
- Rate negotiation / Pricing
- Shipment management via a system – Manpack , Cargowise , Pargon
- To enhance customer relations
- Maintain excellent telecommunications via email , phone or face to face
- KPI reporting – hitting target
