Low Voltage Construction Manager ($10,000 Signing)

MobileNet Services is seeking an enthusiastic wireless construction manager with structured cabling or distributive antenna systems (DAS) installation and management to join an industry leader in wireless engineering. With over 20 years of unrivaled RF services, MobileNet is expanding our offerings to include installation and construction.

Description:

Responsible for the daily oversight of in-house and contracted installation crews during the course of telecommunications construction projects. Coordinates logistics, drives installation strategies, and manages production, quality and deliverables. Ensure’s safety practices are maintained on the job site, reviews job safety analysis (JSA) forms.

Applicant must possess a strong knowledge in HCAi (OSHPD) installation, reporting and testing standards, structured cabling, telecom installation standards; grounding, cable dressing and termination. Must be competent in reading CDs and possess strong skills in project scoping, assess project conditions and develop contingency plans as required. Experience or strong knowledge in CommScope, TE Connectivity, Corning and or SOLiD sDAS systems in iDAS, oDAS or small cell environments. Must possess a strong knowledge of inter-equipment cabling and DC power plants wiring and installation.

Job Responsibilities:

· Attend feasibility and bid walks

· Develop scopes of work and bill of material (BOM)

· Dimension crews and forecast project durations

· Provide PM daily project updates on installation projects

· Oversee installation crews and provide support

· Manage crew schedules

· Manage multiple crews and multiple projects

· First level point of contact for customers and field crews

· Travel to projects as required

Qualifications:

· 5-10 years of wireless telecom construction experience

· Strong communications skills; verbal and written

· Strong knowledge of RF and fiber testing requirements

· Strong problem solving skills

· Minimum OSHA10 training

· Demonstrate strong leadership skills

· Posses valid California’s driver’s license

· Clean DMV record

· Submit permit applications and procure as needed

Pay: $72,000.00 – $96,000.00 per year
