West Coast Cable, Inc.
We are seeking a low voltage and/or fiber optic network cable installer to join our fast paced team professionals. You will be responsible for working with project managers, account managers, and customers alike in the installation and implementation network cabling solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Install, terminate, and test low voltage cabling
- Read and interpret AutoCAD drawings for cabling infrastructure installations
- Install computer racks and other related computer room equipment
- Must have basic low-voltage tools and proper ladders
- Must have a reliable transportation
- Update project managers on all work performed at customer locations
- Adhere to all quality and safety codes
Qualifications: * Experience technicians and foreman needed.
- Familiarity with architectural specifications and AutoCAD drawings
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Nurse Call, Access Control, Paging are plus.
- Ideal candidate Fiber optic installer – structured cabling installer – telecommunications installer – low voltage technician – electrical technician)
Job Type: Temporary
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Experience:
- Access Control: 1 year (Preferred)
- Nurse Call: 1 year (Preferred)
- Structured Cabling: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Asbestos and Lead Certification (Preferred)
- Driver’s License (Required)
- Lift Certification (Preferred)
