Lincoln Tech in Indianapolis, IN is looking forFull-Time Low Voltage Technicians to share their trade experience as Instructors with the next generation of up-and-coming technicians. Your expertise, along with the training provided by Lincoln Tech, will provide you with the necessary skills to be a successful educator.
Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on training and teach Electrical and Electronics Technology classes using Lincoln Tech’s accredited curriculum
- Simulate real-life scenarios in our fully equipped facility
- Instruct students about safety and compliance
- Encourage student growth, professionalism, and accountability
- Support and communicate progress with students
- Motivate and engage the class in a positive setting
- Prepare students for a successful career in the Electrical fields
Requirements:
- 3+ years of troubleshooting and repair in any of the following:
- Fire Alarm systems
- Security Alarm systems / Intrusion Detection systems
- Electrical (Residential/Commercial/Industrial)
- Telecommunication systems
- Master Electrician or Journeyman Electrician a PLUS!
- Proficient in Technology
- High school diploma/GED
