The Manager, Demand Generation will hold the valuable role of generating qualified leads for the sales team through strategic campaigns and database assessments. The Manager, Demand Generation will also help build brand awareness and interest in Beanfield. Leads and interests will be generated through campaigns and lead qualifications. The Manager, Demand Generation will also be responsible for proposing new tactics and strategies based on the analysis of the data.

We’re looking for a tenacious, results-driven individual that is successful at generating leads through listening to and understanding our customers’ and prospects’ needs.


Responsibilities:
  • Working with the leadership team, develop comprehensive strategic campaigns and database assessments
  • Working with the management team, to clearly define the ideal customer and prospect base and how best to target them
  • Build prospect lists for various campaigns and supply to sales
  • Analyze existing customer data to identify opportunities to capture additional/missed revenue opportunities
  • Help build strategy to target prospects based on available data
  • Data mining and data scrubbing
  • Determine MQLs and SQLs based on campaign objectives and goals

    • Assess leads based on if MQL and SQL are met and filter lead accordingly
  • Ensure the sales team is entering leads and opportunities into our database correctly and effectively
  • Pull reports from the system and assess findings

    • Make recommendations for future campaigns based on findings
  • Work with various resources for prospecting: ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, internal database

    • Propose new resources available in the market
  • Pull and populate email lists, deploy emails and monitor responses
  • Help build CASL compliant emails lists
  • Assess email communication data and findings
  • Make recommendations for additional data capture touchpoints in campaigns
  • Assess prospect feedback – positive/negatives
  • Build and pull complete profiles that meet firmographic, demographic, and psychographic data points.

    • Help develop and elevate customer personas
    • Develop a deep understanding of customers, products, and the buyer’s journey
  • Help teams understand the “why” behind the “what” (data).
  • Makes recommendations for automation where needed.
  • Make recommendations and assist in cleaning up current data.
  • Help improve existing processes and build new ones to make processes more efficient.
  • Present to upper management to get buy-in and secure budgets, as well as report results.
  • Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance.


The candidate will also:

  • Be able to consolidate and assess data from various resources
  • Develop and execute a strategy based on target audience and sales objectives
  • Guide the sales team through the outreach program and provide valuable feedback and resources (marketing material, messaging, etc.) to help them achieve success.
  • Work cross-functionally within marketing.
  • Able to report in detail the results of campaigns while making recommendations for future adjustments.

Skills & Qualifications
  • High school diploma and post-secondary degree or diploma in Business or related field.
  • 5+ years in a similar role.
  • 1-2 years with team lead experience.
  • Knowledge of VOIP, Internet, and IPTV.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills in order to multitask/prioritize and work under tight timelines.
  • Proficient experience with Excel.
  • Ability to work and act independently using good judgment when assessing difficult situations.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and professional mannerisms.
