Must Haves:

  • 5+ year of experience in Telecommunications
  • At least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Ability to develop and maintain standards, procedures, and documentation, including disaster recovery plans
  • Experience performing long-range planning, budget planning, forecasting, and vendor management
  • 3+ years of Cisco Telephony
  • 5+ years’ experience working with call center systems (EX: PCCE)

Job Description:

An employer is looking to add a Manager of Telecommunications to their team in the St. Louis, MO area. This person will make recommendations for infrastructure enhancements and innovative technology. Manage services with respect to monitoring performance, service levels and problem resolution. They will be expected to work collaboratively with IHT management and telecommunications team to develop and maintain standards, procedures, and documentation, including disaster recovery plans. Experience acting as a resource for less experienced staff by providing insight, troubleshooting assistance and technical questions is a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $130,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year
