What we are looking for in a Marketing Project Manager:

Have you been overheard saying “I love the details” or “if there’s a better way to get things done, I can’t help but jump in”? If so, we want to meet you!

Our future Marketing Project Manager will work hand-in-hand with our Consumer and B2B marketing leaders to develop project plans that encompass the strategy, development, and execution of marketing programs. You will also orchestrate those activities to completion across our internal and external teams in creative, media, and digital channels. In addition to the broad scope of managing planning and communications, you will support cross-organization alignment, working with many different functions in the company – such as Product Management, Operations, and Sales – to ensure clear alignment and consensus when it’s needed. You will also function as our operational manager, mapping and improving our workflow processes, developing tracking and reporting, and managing our administrative activities such as contracts, department budgets, and system vendors.

This position is based in our Salt Lake City, UT (Cottonwood Heights) office. We are looking for candidates who can work onsite in this position 3 days a week with flexibility to work from home up to 2 days a week.

A day on the job may include:

  • Develop and maintain marketing project plans for both consumer and B2B marketing programs, leveraging our project management system (Monday).
  • Coordinate activities with deep understanding of dependencies across digital channels, as well as production processes, to ensure they are clearly communicated so the team can work seamlessly and efficiently.
  • Maintain status and resource planning reports, ensuring the team members time is optimized in a positive manner.
  • Ensure external vendors are deeply connected to the internal team’s work and progress.
  • Understand and facilitate media asset development for dynamic and programmatic strategies and deliver on deadline.
  • Maintain the department budget, and work collaboratively with our finance team to keep up-to-date reporting.
  • For smaller projects, function as our production manager who identifies vendors and manages the production process.
  • Verify final marketing assets, to ensure they align with campaign objectives and messaging priorities.
  • Help develop talent and support a positive environment with a mindset of progressive problem-solving and brand building.

This job may be for you if you have:

  • 3 to 5+ years of marketing project management experience in brand-driven, performance marketing agency or in-house organization.
  • Solid team-building skills and an ability to work cross-functionally with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Strong understanding of direct-to-consumer and B2B marketing, and experience driving brand campaigns and activations.
  • Experience in people management; a positive change agent with an ability to lead others through change and growth.
  • Out-of-the-box thinking and can-do attitude is a must.
  • Telecommunications, technology or electronics experience is helpful.
  • PMP Certification a plus.

Position benefits:

This position has a competitive salary plus the opportunity to receive an additional company profit-sharing bonus every 6 months. The actual compensation offered will be determined considering the experience and skills the selected candidate brings to the position.

Our employees enjoy a total rewards benefits and compensation package including a highly competitive salary and bonus plan, generous 3 weeks of PTO starting on day one, 10 paid holidays, matching 401k, health insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid parental leave, employer-paid disability and life insurance, and telemedicine.
