Work with UNMC and department management to execute proactive, strategic media relations efforts that highlight UNMC’s mission, vision and strategic plan and speak to UNMC’s world-class achievements. Draft releases and other copy for media and various UNMC communication channels.

Required Education:
Bachelor’s degree

Good judgement and analytical skills.

Preferred Education:
Master’s degree

Online newsletter experience
Experience pitching to national media outlets/contacts
