Mobility Sales Support Manager
CC3 Solutions, LLC (“CC3”) is one of Inc.’s 5000 fastest-growing private companies in America and sells telecommunication solutions to business customers, including dedicated Internet, VoIP, security, VPN, ethernet, and mobility. We are looking for a Mobility Sales Support Manager to provide exceptional customer service to our business customers.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Order entry
- Support device setup
- Answer questions related to product and rate plan pricing and promotions
- Recommend correct solution after assessing customer needs
- Communicate with customers about their wireless services via email and phone
Skills and Educational Requirements
- Strong passion for sales support and improving customer experience
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to problem-solve
- Possess strong organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in customer service and the wireless industry
- Experience with AT&T wireless services and OPUS (preferred)
- Professional demeanor and good work ethic
- Multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to enter data into various electronic systems while maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the information
- Experience working both independently and in team environments
