General Job Summary:
The responsibilities of the Network Administrator include, but are not limited to, maintaining highly available network, cloud, server, client and mobile voice and data systems, using high customer service levels as well as other duties as assigned.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.

  • Five years progressive experience in Information Technology or related field.

  • Strong interpersonal skills including ability to present ideas in user-friendly language.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

  • Solid technical knowledge of modern telecommunications, Windows OS, network hardware, protocols and standards and knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.

  • Ability to effectively and efficiently research, analyze, plan, prioritize, execute, and complete projects, tasks and issues.

  • Ability to work independently and multi-task.

  • Capable of lifting/carrying/moving computer equipment and peripherals up to 50 pounds.
