Network Architect – Telecom

This is a great opportunity to join a Canadian telecom company – tier 2

You are a Network Architect and available to be onsite with the following:

• 5+ years hands on experience in the design, deployment, and support of Cisco Data Center and Service Provider infrastructure

• 3+ years hands on experience in the design, deployment, and support of Fortinet infrastructure

• CCNP level certification or comparable

• Deep hands-on experience: OSPF, ISIS, BGP, LDP, MVPN, VXLAN, L2TP, IPSEC, Cisco vPC.

• Excellent business judgment and open communication style

• Ability to work and collaborate effectively with both customers and peers

• Ability to develop configuration automation using various scripting languages: BASH, Python, JAVA

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent team building and interpersonal skills

• Detail oriented and excellent documentation skills

• CCIE RS/SP, and Fortinet NSE8 certifications would be considered assets

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $115,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
