JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Network Design Engineer – REMOTE or Can be located in Naperville IL or Dallas TX
Work Location: REMOTE Positon (within USA)

Description:
The following are MUST have and clearly visible in work history of resume, the Nokia Experience (highly desirable)
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum: Four years Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Experience with Nokia Network IP Elements
- Working experience in Nokia 5G, EPC, IMS, IP networks
- Strong IP planning skills and excel would be the main skills.
- Strong understanding of OSI 7-layer especially on layer 2, layer 3, layer 4 in relationship with application layer protocol & technology (e.g.: IP, routing protocols, TCP, UDP, RTP, SCTP, BFD, VLAN)
- Strong capabilities on Excel
- Nokia PCRF
- Anyone with good experience in network design
- HSS, HLR, CSCF, NDS, NTAS, MSS, MGW, SDL, UDM, UDR knowledge is a plus
- Multivendor Knowledge is a plus
- The main task would be planning the NPC – Nokia Policy Controller. (PCRF)
Job Type: Contract
Pay: From $40.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

- IP networks: 4 years (Preferred)
- 5G, EPC, IMS,: 3 years (Preferred)
