This is a full-time permanent position, and we are looking for a talented and motivated Network Engineer to join our team in the US, with the opportunity to work remotely.
This is a team set up to support and maintain a broad suite of Business, Financial and Operational applications for our Corporate Trust business, ranging from in-house developed systems to third-party software created across a range of technology frameworks.

A role you will love
As one of our Network Engineers, you will work closely with the wider technology teams from across the globe to support large-scale projects which include system integrations, the implementation of new technologies, and the installation and on-going support of new tools.
As you will be working on critical projects, you will be part of a team supporting the ongoing project milestones, raising any risks that you encounter, and working together to find solutions, while also providing regular status updates.
You will be responsible for providing 2nd and 3rd line technical support for all of CTS customers and clients, as well as enhancing customer experience through investigating and resolving system faults enabling our customers to run their operations effectively.
Other key responsibilities include:
- Providing 2nd and 3rd Line support to Business escalated via the ‘Service Now’ system
- Ensuring all Server Systems are available and meet with Company requirements.
- Maintaining logical and physical security measures where appropriate.
- Maintaining systems both hardware and software.
- Ensuring hardware and software fault calls are placed, managed and resolved according to relevant maintenance contracts and in line with problem management processes
- Building pro-active and constructive professional relationships with other teams and departments
- Day to day support of Cisco Network Gear
- Providing support to POC and deployment activities
- Working CTS maintenance/change management windows
What will you bring to the role?
We’re looking for you to be an expert in all things Network Infrastructure, preferably with a background in a fast-moving, highly dynamic global organization.

You will have the ability to build great working relationships by building confidence, setting expectations and meeting commitments.
You’ll also need:
- Experience with Cisco UCS environment and/or Nutanix HCI
- Multiple years’ experience supporting day-to-day Network Infrastructure.
- Diverse in-depth technical knowledge in Cisco Networking
- Able to work with both technical and those with limited understanding of technical concepts
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to manage multiple change work streams, often across many technologies
- Strong accountability and results-oriented, with ability to set priorities independently, provide follow-through, and meet objectives
- Understanding of ITIL v3 processes and functions
Preferred:
- Considerable experience in Information Technology, with a strong focus of Network Solutions
- MPLS
- Ethernet / DWDM / Frame Relay / ISDN / xDSL Telecommunications services
- Enterprise routing, switching and wireless products
- Enterprise application and DNS network link load balancers
- Enterprise stateful inspection and application layer firewalls
- VoIP, QoS, SIP and H323 transmission protocols
- Enterprise Network Monitoring and management
- Enterprise structured cabling
- Citrix Netscaler Administration

Compensation. $81,000 – $122,000 USD depending on experience
