Network Engineer

The Network Engineer will work closely with Field Engineers / Tower crews and project management teams to ensure meeting the integration deliverables and site requirements.

• Support Field Engineers and Tower crews on integration and supporting multiple carriers (AT&T, TMobile and CSPIRE).
• Interface to the customer/ project management team with timely updates and network issues.
• Routine monitoring and review of radio network Key Performance Indicators (KPI), Traffic analysis and involve in detailed troubleshooting as required.
• General functional knowledge of the LTE and 5g RAN Architecture and protocols.
• Flexibility to support shifts for troubleshooting/critical sites based on market requirements.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree Electrical or Computer Engineering
• Freshers or relevant work experience.

Additional Requirements:

• Basic knowledge & understanding on telecom/ network infrastructure.
• Required to assist with integration, testing, troubleshooting, and supporting multi-site critical network environments that consist of multi-vendor RAN Network, Routers, Switches, Wireless LAN, WAN Accelerator, VoIP, Firewall & Network Security.
• Quick learning & adaptive in nature to handle multiple sites and work under pressure.
• Team player with flexibility in working hours based on market requirement.
• Will be trained / engaged in designing, configuring, and testing various RAN equipment providers (Nokia, Ericsson, Samsung).
• Candidates with Vendor certification – Cisco CCNA/CCNP or equivalent practical knowledge, and/or Juniper JNCIS would have higher preference.
• Strong customer interfacing background, as well as superior oral and written communication skills.
• Technical writing skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
