JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Performs the installation, maintenance, repair, and monitoring of LAN Physical Infrastructure to ensure proper functionality and performance, including associated operating system software and hardware components such as routers, bridges, switches, hubs, and associated cabling and wiring

Performs the installation, maintenance, repair, and monitoring of the WAN environment to ensure proper functionality and performance, including associated operating system software and hardware components such as routers, CSU/DSUs, and any telecommunications cabling or wiring

Provide Level I network support by troubleshooting, and resolving incidents. Help to ensure optimal network performance by assisting with performance and capacity monitoring and making and implementing recommendations to resolve identified issues

Develops and implements applicable business processes and procedures

Willing to Work in Rotational Day and Night Shift 24/7

Understand and Adhere to all Corporate Policies to include but not limited to ACI

Code of Ethics and Global Information Security.

Perform other duties as assigned

MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Associate’s degree in computer science or related field.

Minimum 3 + years of related experience required

Network infrastructure experience required

You have Strong experience / Expertise in Cisco Routing & Switching with Troubleshooting Skills.

Solid Knowledge in configuring and managing F5 Load balancer environment

Very Good Understanding of security as well like Cisco ASA and Palo Alto.

Working knowledge of cloud eg.

Azure from an infrastructure perspective to optimize performance and scalability
