About this opportunity
We are now looking for a Network Engineer that will be responsible for performing end to end 4G/5G network optimization and performance improvements to meet customer requirements. The role focuses on related services, where you will be accountable for part of the solution and of the service process. Hereby, you should be able to keep time, performance, and quality according to Ericsson requirements and customer contracts.
What you will do
- Analyse network and improve network performance and user experience & provide solution proposals
- Develop technical presentations and proposals, and perform customer presentations
- Serve as the single point of contact between the Customer and Ericsson for all matters related to the Security of the solution or services proposed or provided by Ericsson.
- Fix site & network performance issues and propose rectification actions
- Expertise of Perform trouble shooting and customer support and ability of Continuous Analysis and Requirement Handling!
- Build and strengthen customer relationships
- Support Performance Manager/Technical lead on any ad-hoc activities
- Stay abreast of on new technology/technical areas and share information about solution to enable customer competence build
- Possibility in performing RAN Design
You will bring
- Minimum years of experience: 1-3 years in Telecommunications
- Worked in capacity Technical Guide/Domain Authority in large scale LTE/5G networks rollout, network capacity upgrades and/or network swap outs projects.
- Solid understanding and experience in RF Planning, Tuning and Optimization in LTE or 5G networks.
- Excellent knowledge of 5G/LTE landscape, strategies, and technology roadmaps
- Familiarity with inter vendor KPI counter and feature mapping
- Strong seek skills with network performance to achieve KPIs
- Hands-on experience in drive test tools & Cognitive Software
- Understanding of root cause analysis on call failures and able to perform call/cell tracing
- Strong 3GPP knowledge and standards
- Strong leadership skills and ability to empower team
- Experience and understanding in multi-vendor network interworking
- Good communication skills
- Validated experience with internal/external stakeholder management
- Programming/Scripting skills VBA, Python etc. for automation
