UPDATE 6/7/22: PLEASE NOTE THIS POSITION NOW REQUIRES 4 DAYS ONSITE AND 1 DAY TELECOMMUTING PER WEEK. THE SELECTED CANDIDATE WOULD BE ONSITE THE ENTIRE WEEK DURING NEW HIRE TRAINING FOR THE FIRST 4-8 WEEKS.

Analyzes customer requirements and provides solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate complexity.

Performs maintenance and upgrade of networks including servers, routers, switches, firewalls, remote access systems, and networks.

Maintains network integrity and connectivity while ensuring compliance with policies and maintains system backup and recovery capability.

Coordinates hardware and software acquisition.

Creates plans and configures systems for data communication networks.

Supports the design and build of hardware and software components for computer or telecommunications networks.

Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 2+ years of experience
