Network Engineer

Our client in the telecommunications industry is looking for a Network Engineer. This role will be responsible for the service provision and monitoring of the network infrastructure. This is a contract to hire position and is hybrid for candidates local to Centennial, CO. The pay rate ranges from $35-$40/hr (flexible based on experience).

Responsibilities

• Work hands-on with IP router/switch/telephony customer premises equipment
• Design, configure and deploy LAN and WAN network connections, hardware, software and communication links and services
• Optimize the network and systems services and troubleshoot any network performance issues

Qualifications

• 3 – 5 years’ experience with Cisco and Juniper routers
• Knowledge of internet working designs, their applications, routing, and Layer 2 and Layer 3 internetworking technologies
• Experience with protocols, Cisco switches and routers and with firewalls such as (Cisco ASA, Juniper SRX, Checkpoint NG etc.
• Certifications such as (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE) are a plus

Job Types: Contract, Full-time

Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour
