An international telecommunications company is seeking a Network Engineer to join their team in the Wall Street, NYC office to assist with providing support and contributing to company growth for success.
Duties and Responsibilities
- To provide project management
- Develop networking solutions according to given requirements from clients
- Provide network support to develop full connectivity in desktop functions such as resolving issues
- Develop, design and implement networking infrastructure and solutions
- Deployment and installation of resources
- Provide customer support and resolve any issues and inquiries given in a prompt manner
- Provide Level 2/3 support
- Implement security tools and procedures as per clients requirements
- Documentation management of computer activity and customer support
Qualification / Requirements:
- Fluency in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science related field.
- Networking certifications
- 5+ years of experience in managing maintenance computer networks and systems.
- Experience with protocols such as BGP, OSPF, VRRP, QoS, IPsec, 802.11
- Strong knowledge switching, routing, networking processes and security
- Strong interpersonal skills and active engagement with the team
- Technical reading comprehension

While performing the duties of this job, you may be required to type for extended periods throughout the day and intermittently sit, stand, walk, climb stairs, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. Pay: $75,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
