Positions will begin as HYBRID, 3 days in IRVING, TX office for training- then can work with manager on remote schedule once trained. This position could be scheduled as a 4×10 or 5×8 work schedule. 24/7 basis
The manager is looking for a someone with NOC (Network Operation Center) , for high-speed internet. Platforms: Nokia 7360, 7342 and 7330 and Cisco 1100. Some knowledge of OSI models, for sure first 3 levels. Would be good to have knowledge of tools such as ATS (ticketing system) AMS, are a plus.
Network Certifications: CCNA
Some customer issues are: Typical life cycle activities during overnight. It is a cradle to grave knowledge of network.
Average day in NOC would be internal and external customers. Using ATS ticketing system to receive issues and restore service.
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $60.00 – $68.00 per hour
