NTIS is an multi- state on-demand I.T. service company servicing several national clients throughout the U.S.

The field technician is responsible for performing all installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance for our clients while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and OSHA safety. The field technician should be a self-starter who is solution-oriented, driven, and well versed in customer service and mechanics if possible.

We are looking for technicians to start immediately after drug test and background checks have been approved. Men and Women are welcome to apply.

We install small monitoring and network equipment in various fast food restaurants, offices and national chains. Looking for telecom techs with experience running cat 5e cabling, troubleshooting network devices, replacing network devices. The job includes paid hourly travel, Jobs are within a 4 hour radius.

You drive your own vehicle, most of the jobs are simple network issues, router swaps, back up cellular devices, occasionally we install antennas(indoors and rooftops) or aps, but not often, cabling makes up 20% of the work.

Must be able to pass a drug test and background screening.

Willing to train the right people.

Must be able to lift 50lbs and use a ladder occasionally.

We supply whatever tools you do not have.

We have plenty of work and it is consistent. At the beginning, it may take a little time to make it consistent for you, because we have to build awareness through our channels that you are there.

Once in, there will be plenty of opportunities for overtime and we don’t mind paying it.

We reimburse tolls.

Must sign a non compete, and non disclosure.

We are totally fine with working around whatever clients you may already have and have several technicians who use this as a steady income, while working freelance as well.

Flexible scheduling.

This is a good entry level job into the IT sector.

We hire veterans.

At this time, we have workers comp, unemployment compensation, but do not offer health care or benefits. Our company policy is to put as much money as we can in your pocket and letting you decide how to spend it, as opposed to us deciding that for you.

The drug test will be scheduled close to your home. Once we receive a negative result, we initiate a background check. The background check may take up to two weeks. We will notify you when it is finished. We will coordinate with you so that you can give your current employer proper notification for a seamless transition.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

· Able to work with no supervision occasionally.(Support available on all jobs)

· Ability to learn new skills

· Advanced computer skills

· Current driver’s license

· Written and oral communication skills

· Be able to drive up to 4-5 hours at a time one way

PHYSICAL DEMAND:

Ability to work safely on ladders

Heavy Work- Lifting and mounting equipment in excess of 80 pounds. (Network Racks)

MUST BE WILLING TO DRIVE LONG HOURS as we drive many hours a day at times

(We are home every night and weekend)

Work is available on the weekend but is optional.

Must be willing to drive personal vehicle

We require that all techs have the following tools:

Standard Tools- if you have them this is a plus.
