Position: Network IT Project Manager

Pay Rate: $50-$60 Hourly

Must Haves:
- 5+ years’ experience in IT, Network, and Project Management
- Experience driving Network Projects such as: SDWAN Project implementation, TECH Refresh, Technology daily enhancements
- Experience with Project Management in Infrastructure Projects: Serves as a consultant to management on major matters about policies, plans, and objectives.
- Experience with Vendor Management: Experience managing vendors in a Technology outsourced environment services and Operations Management and Excellent client-facing skills
- Telecom experience / Technology preference (Cellular Signal and WIFI)
- Must be able to lead technology deployment and support efforts.
- Technology experience with Network components (ie: Technical expertise WAN/LAN/Wireless/SIP Solutions. Switch & Routing, Wide Area Network. Design SD-WAN network Cisco. Managing Cisco SD-WAN solution planes, etc.)
- Network Wireless Solution (Include Devices and Authentication)
- Server provisioning and Management by a third party (Linux/Windows).
Plusses:
- Planview software experience
- Professional certification (preferred in any of the following ITIL, CCNA, CCNP, CCNP Wireless, Windows Server, Linux).
- Experience with SRE – Site Reliability Engineering practices and development services.
Day to Day & Responsibilities:
- Cellular sign-up Provider experience with company like AT&T
- Execute Summary
- Management of Project Plan and OPEX and CAPEX
- Management of Providers and equipment delivery
- Management of Technical Documentation
- Management Local Authorization to install equipment (Landlord)
Network IT Project Manager provides the overall coordination, status reporting, and stabilization of Network & Compute Services across the company (with emphasis on mobility and fixed line charges). More importantly, the individual will drive the network and compute transformation towards SDWAN and Network services to the Unified Communication platform. The implementation engineer will provide these services across all sites in the company’s US footprint, and collaborate closely with the Site Implementation manager to ensure these services are provisioned and fit site needs based on business requirements. The Implementation Engineer is responsible for the delivery of consistently successful cost containment and service improvement initiatives.
- Manage networking and compute services, coordinate resolution of issues through internal or external vendors, and plan the replacement of equipment and parts.
- Be up to date with the latest telecommunication and computing technology developments. Ensure an open line of communication with vendors on new products and upgrades (Microsoft, Linux, Cisco, VMware, etc.)
- Develop short-term and long-term plans for increasing or improving capabilities, and updating equipment to provide better Network and Compute Services.
- Establishes and implements program or project management processes and methodologies to ensure Network and Compute capabilities are delivered on time, within budget, and in adherence with service level agreements and in line with operational standards and expectations
- Manage Third Party Services (SLA Global Partner) and Standardizes project delivery through onboarding requirements and key task checklists to ensure consistency of key milestone tracking and proper business handover/acceptance criteria.
- Build a proper Business Case and Financial documentation to make the project in place
- Responsible of the Project plan, timeline and budget of the projects include third-party vendors (Project Management tools).
- Analyze, plan and develop requirements and standards for scheduled projects internally and third party vendors.
- Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones
- Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
- Determine and define clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives
- Research and evaluate hardware and software technology options and weigh the cost/benefit analysis when making lpurchases on behalf of the company

- Managing Cisco SD-WAN solution planes
- Network Wireless Solution (Include Devices and Authentication)

- Service with Public links (Corporative Lines-PSTN) and Voice Infrastructure (IP Telephony).
- Domain Name System (DNS) Central Infrastructure, Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) Central Infrastructure.
- Proxy and Internet Services (Network and Compute)
- Remote Access (Network Infrastructure).
- Video Collaboration Services (Conferencing)
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $50.00 – $60.00 per hour
