Required Qualifications:
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Montreal, Quebec or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 Years of Information Technology experience.

Preferred Qualification :
Network Planning Lead with 2 Years of experience in the Telecom area with having Good hands-on Knowledge of Network Topology, Networking Equipment’s and Networking Standards.
Develop plans and enhance implementation of overall strategies to establish proper and efficient network. Planning/implementing/optimization of new topology designs in access/core networks for SONET and DWDM elements.
Administer and optimize backbone of networking system and validate design.
Implement different networking systems to facilitate various growth oriented programs within budget.
Design plans to upgrade monitoring agency for all round development of networking systems.
Assist team and provide support to Network Planning team.
Analyze and upgrade all activities for instance new process and tools.
Coordinate field surveys and audit reports, preparing infrastructure for new element deployment such has power and space at customer premise or at own location, material movement in coordination with SCM team, Installation commissioning and handover of bandwidth to NOC team after User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Weekly and Monthly meetings with project team, Management and Department heads, preparing MIS reports, documenting minutes of meeting, presentation and providing root cause analysis for any project delayed
