Community & State (C&S) Network Program Managers work closely with United Health Networks (UHN), C&S Healthplans, Implementation & Business Alignment (IBA), Teams within Provider Operations, and have a dotted line relationship to various IT teams as needed.

C&S Network Program Managers are each assigned 3-5 active new state or product implementations at one time. Positions in this function are responsible for end-to-end project management and point person for all of Provider Operations, coordination of cross-functional teams, & highlighting areas of risk and mitigation plans.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee successful program design, compliance with network requirements, network assessment and selection, and implementation and standardization
• Develop and manage project plan to achieve key business objectives
• Coordination of cross-functional teams
• Predict emerging customer needs and develop innovative solutions to meet them
• Solve unique and complex problems with broad impacts on the business
• Translate highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences
• Make presentations to management on project updates
• Track status of project critical path, timelines, and milestones, identifiying risks, dependencies, & mititgation plans

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in claims processing, provider data maintenance, contracting, or contract loading
• 4+ years customer response / customer service experience
• 2+ years project management or project lead experience
• Experience with NDB and CSP Facets
• Intermediate level of proficiency with all facility/ancillary contract reimbursement methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

• Orbit & UHN Reporting
• PhyCon, Titan, IMPACT, & CORE experience
• Solid organizational and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills including ability to communicate effectively with various levels of leadership

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $82,100 to $146,900. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $90,500 to $161,600. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
