Network Real Estate Specialist

A telecommunications client is looking for a Network Real Estate Specialist who will manage real estate efforts in support of our macro new build or modification program(s).

Location: Houston, TX 77095
Position: Network Real Estate Specialist
Pay Rate: $55/hr on W2
Duration: 12 months or longer
Notes: Hybrid Model

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• This involves primarily vendor oversight of site acquisition and A&E partners to successfully navigate various milestones to get to a “real estate complete” work product.

MUST HAVE SKILLS:

• 5-7 years of experience of minimum expected experience in the wireless/telecom real estate discipline.
• Experience reviewing legal documents and understanding construction site plans and drawings is a must as well as a deep understanding of any compliance requirements (NEPA, SHPO, FCC/FAA, Zoning, Permitting).
• Must be able to collaborate with other internal teams such as construction, transport, and legal to achieve successful outcomes.
• Proven track record in areas of project management and be able to provide recommendations during problem resolution discussions.

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Demonstrate professionalism by responding to e-mails promptly, actively participating in meetings, ability to explain issues clearly, providing updates, maintaining records, working with other departments.
• Understanding the impact of their job to the overall business.

At a minimum, a 7-year background check, education verification, employment verification, and drug screen will be conducted upon hire. Your suitability for employment is contingent upon successfully passing these required pre-employment screenings.
