Insight Global is seeking to hire an over night NOC Admin for our client in the gaming industry based out of SD, California. This role requires this person to sit in either San Diego, California or Austin, Texas. This individual will have excellent customer service skills as well as experience handling an average of 30-45 tickets a night. Responsibilities will include handling tickets in a timely manner through service now, working off a Jira board, dealing with routing and switches, as well as communicating cross functionally to escalate tickets as needed. We are looking for someone who is willing to grow within this role and who has excellent communication skill
HOURS: 11PM- 8AM (1 hour lunch break)
Job Types: Contract, Full-time
Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
