NOC Analyst

Must haves:

• 3+ years of Network Analyst/Engineering experience or equivalent NOC experience
• Strong experience with Cisco routers, switches, troubleshooting networking issues, and wireless connectivity issues
• Experience with VOIP and IP Protocols
• Strong customer service with a client first mentality

Plusses:

• Comptia A+ Certification
• Possesses any networking certification including but not limited to CCNA, Network+, Comptia A+, etc.

Day to day:

Insight Global is seeking a NOC/Operations Analyst to join on of ourclients to work 100% remote. This role is in a 24x7x365 support environment in a Network Operations Center for a top Managed Service Provider client. They will play a fundamental role in ensuring we meet or exceed the expectations of all clients as defined in our service level agreements. Analysts apply the necessary technical breadth to providing top level technical support services and operational leadership, including problem resolution, and technical change implementation for Managed Services clients. This client is seeking sharp, motivated individuals with top level experience and enjoy working on highly visible, technically challenging service offerings. They are high caliber, well rounded professionals who are passionate about emerging technology, with exceptional customer service and communication skills This individual will provide technical support services including problem resolution, technical change implementation, telephone and one-on-one support. This role is also a huge stepping stone into this clients breadth of career path opportunities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 – $22.00 per hour
