eNGINE is hiring a NOC Analyst for a role in the healthcare space. NOCprovides 24/7 monitoring of all enterprise network devices, level 1 troubleshooting to support services to end-users whose locations may be experiencing a network connection problem, and responds to IP and port requests within the data center. They will assess network alerts, and access switches, routers, and other infrastructure technologies. They will identify and troubleshoot level 1 issues. 1+ years of experience in an IT focused position is highly preferred. Must have a base knowledge of infrastructure technologies.

Pay: $48,000.00 – $52,000.00 per year
