You will:
· Brainstorm with 40+ engineers
· Be exposed to many different environments
· Grow your technical skill set

Preferred candidates should have 5+ years experience with:
- Previous NOC experience is a plus
- Servers, switches and firewalls
- Microsoft 365 and Cloud technologies
- Azure Active Directory management
- Desire to provide excellent customer service
This position will work primarily from a home office. Wake up early and check alerts by 6:00 AM. Work to resolve issues as the day progresses. Finish the day around 3:30 PM in the afternoon. Definitely need an early morning type person. We have to put a compensation range on the job description, but please know we pay for experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $105,000.00 per year
