NOC (Network Operations Center) Help Desk Support- 100% onsite in Columbia, SC – 14654
SYSTEMTEC is assisting our client in filling a long-term Help Desk Support role in their Network operations Center (NOC). This position will provide Operational support for a local Gov’t client and will assist with managing and monitoring critical IT infrastructure in a Network Operations Center environment.

Responsibilities of the NOC Help Desk Support:
- Maintaining systems, troubleshooting issues, correct problems, and install system security patches.
- Conduct hardware and software upgrades and patch management.
- Monitor systems for potential problems and resolve issues promptly.
- Active Directory and GPO.
- Responsible for monitoring, supporting and utilizing enterprise management applications and tools such as, but not limited to HP SIM, SolarWinds, CommVault, vCenter, NICE Vision Control Net, EVOIP Nagios monitoring, SCCM, SCSM, SCOM, Splunk, Cisco PRIME, Dell OpenManage Essentials, and customized SharePoint sites.
Requirements of the NOC Help Desk Support:
- 2+ years of Active Directory and GPO
- Experience working in NOC environment.
- Help Desk Support experience (troubleshooting, imaging, etc).
- Ability to obtain Secret Clearance.
