NOC Network Analyst

This position is for a Network Analyst to provide Operations support for the Executive Office of the U.S. Attorneys.

The Network Analyst candidate must possess a solid working knowledge of the SolarWinds application, networks, servers, and other desktop applications with the ability to multitask while monitoring and working through issues on both phone calls and emails. In addition, the candidate should be familiar with the following:

· SolarWinds monitoring or administration knowledge/experience is a must

· Troubleshooting hardware, software, printers, and network issues as well as Active Directory administration; Microsoft Server 2016 and 2019; Microsoft Office 2016 and O365 including Outlook and Microsoft Exchange, basic Cisco switch administration using PuTTY; AirWatch software supporting iOS devices including iPads and iPhones; System Center Service Manager (SCSM)ticketing software; VMware and/or vSphere administration; Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) 2107 used for imaging, application installs and security updates; troubleshooting EVoIP phones

· SolarWinds monitoring or administration knowledge/experience is a must

· Splunk or System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) is a plus

· NOC or Operations experience are a plus

· A college degree or 3 years work experience in lieu of degree.

Excellent communication and documentation skills are required.

All personnel, including the support required by this initiative, must be United States Citizens, and must meet the DOJ Residency Requirement.

Certification of requirements from either the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) or the Defense Industrial Security Clearance Office (DISCO) will be required.

The minimum investigation required is to be cleared for a BI and can be expected to hold up to a Top-Secret clearance. Contractors shall agree to comply with the NISPOM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

  • NOC: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • US Citizenship (Required)

Security clearance:

  • Secret (Preferred)
