Position Summary:
We are seeking a Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer to work at our corporate location in Phoenix, Arizona (85003).The successful candidate for this position will report to the NOC Director. In this role the NOC Engineer will be responsible for monitoring the performance and capacity of our computer systems, troubleshooting problems, and responding to network issues. You may also be required to configure system hardware and system networks.
To ensure success as an NOC Engineer, you should demonstrate advanced knowledge of network deployment and infrastructure, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work flexible hours. A skilled NOC Engineer will be able to diagnose and resolve network issues without causing extended downtime of the IT systems.
What We Want You to Do
- Deploying and inspecting IT network systems.
- Overseeing the safe installation of hardware and network systems.
- Monitoring the performance and capacity of enterprise systems.
- Performing regular checks on network hardware and software.
- Responding to network alerts and hardware / system issues.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting enterprise system errors and issues.
- Tracking and documenting network issues and compiling incident reports and root cause analysis.
- Managing system backups and network security protocols.
- Notify customer and third-party service providers of issues, outages, and remediation status.
- Work with internal and external technical and service teams to create and/or update process documentation.
- Support multiple technical teams in a fast-paced environment with high uptime requirements.
Your Experience / Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience deploying, managing, and troubleshooting network infrastructures.
- Understanding of key network monitoring protocols.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
