- Role of the quarterback, managing NOC process, internal resources, communication to the client
- troubleshoot problems, advise clients on realistic actions
- Manage all solutions provided to the clients
- In charge of deployment and management of the company’s internal IT environment
- Create client and management reports
- Serve as a resource for help desk as needed

- 5 years experience in IT
- Bachelor’s degree & industry certifications are a plus
- Experience as a problem solver
- Knowledge of Powershell
- Familiar with Linux
- Familiar with Mac OS and IOS a plus
