We are a small dynamic team seeking a Tier I & II Wireless Internet Service Provider Technician to handle our IT support. As a leader in the internet and telecom industry we specialize in anything connected to broadband. We provide quality service to clients in many different industries, from small businesses to nationwide networks from the ground to the cloud! We need someone with MikroTik router experience (Based on Linux kernel), or experience using NetInstall and/ or RouterOS.

What You Will Be Doing
Respond to and triage queries via email and over the phone.
Adapt to changes in user demands, work environment, and changes to processes or requirements.
Must have strong working knowledge of Mikro Tik or experience with NetInstall and/ or RouterOS software for consideration (Based on Linux kernel).
What You Need for this Position
- Must have 3 years experience in WISP help desk environment (Wireless Internet Service Provider)
- Must have strong working knowledge of MikroTik routers and/ or NetInstall, RouterOS.
- Strong knowledge of Intermapper, Juniper, Siklu and Linux Kernel devices.
