We are seeking an experienced professional to work in our Warwick, RI (Electronic Alarms, Inc.) location with the following experience and skills:
In this position you will be responsible for oversight of assigned installation and service technical staff. You will provide superior technical support to installation and service staff and key accounts. Candidates must be proficient at installation of all systems that are in place in our customer base. Responsible for installations and services meeting the highest quality standards set forth by American Alarm, while assuring a professional and safe working environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for direct supervision of all technical staff.
Provide field and phone support for all technicians.
Manage day-to-day needs of installation and service staff including praise, motivation and discipline.
Review daily schedule. Assist technicians at jobs sites as necessary.
Schedule new installs and work with service schedulers.
Monitors quality of installation and service work performed at customer site to ensure the highest quality standard and safety.
Responsible for administering installation and service technician’s performance reviews based on productivity, quality, attendance, job profit and technical advancements.
Other duties as required or assigned by company management.
Must be able to obtain a Department of Defense security clearance and or/Massachusetts security clearance.
Candidates should have and Electronics degree or equivalent work experience in the electronics field.. Previous supervisory experience would be helpful. This person must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, communicate and work well with other people.
License Required:
Rhode Island Burglar, Fire Alarm & Telecommunications Licenses or to be acquired with in 12 months. Massachusetts Electricians Journeyman “B” or System Technician “D” license desirable. Valid drivers license.
