With our continued growth, we are looking for an Operations Support Manager to join our team in the Shreveport, LA area.

The Role
- Strive to provide the best customer experience every day
- Manage all aspects of the day-to-day operations of assigned team members; project, locate, invoice, permit and data/operations coordinators
- Hire, train, and provide ongoing develop of talent for all roles
- Be your team’s “expert” and “go to” resource; spending ample time in the field to understand, improve and build your team
- Act as the team escalation point; resolving issues or complex projects
- Provide backup support to team as needed
- Positively motivate your team to develop and nurture a great culture
- Provide development opportunities for team members by delegating task when relevant
- Complete employee performance management functions; disciplinary actions, performance reviews and ongoing development
- Maintain and enforce company, federal and state rules and regulations
- Keep safety as your #1 priority for each of your team members: adhering to company safety standards and all federal, state and local laws
- Work in a variety of environments; indoors and outdoors
Requirements:
- 4+ years of broadband and/or telecommunications construction experience; or other relatable industry experience
- Prior leadership experience a plus
- Valid driver’s license
- Passing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen)
- Ability to be flexible and manage changing priorities
- Ability to travel in market daily and occasionally to other markets, open to a variety of schedules and accessible outside of normal business hours as needed
- Excellent customer service, time management, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in-person or virtually
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers
- Ability to give feedback; positive and negative when needed
- Strong desire to grow and develop team members
- Ability to complete work indoors, outdoors, in tight spaces and elevated by bending, reaching, twisting, climbing, and working while standing
