Organization Developer (m/f/d)

(unlimited) in full time at the location in Verl, Baden Baden, Berlin, Stockholm or Amsterdam / in the mobile office (up to 80%)

What awaits you:

• You will get a key role in our vision “become the most human-centric Fintech” and shape the transformation of our increasingly self-directed organization and culture with concepts and projects.
• You are responsible for the realignment of the global talent strategy and talent identification process as well as the career framework and the skills and competency management.
• You support the People & Culture team in their Transformation Journey and implementation of the Employee Experience strategy.
• You convey agile methodology skills, knowledge and practical tips in the form of trainings, workshops and coaching.

What you bring:

• You bring several years of professional experience and indepth expertise in talent management, especially skills and competency management, as well as in the topics around agile and digital transformation.
• You have experience in working with agile methods, planning and decisionmaking techniques, and in creating transformation architectures.
• You convince with your structured and independent way of working.
• Moderation skills, creativity and analytical conceptual thinking as well as high social skills complete your profile.
• You have experience in project management (agile, hybrid, classic).
• Ideally you have already attended or completed further training and qualifications in relevant areas of competence and frameworks, methods and tools.
• You have very good communication and presentation skills in English and German.
