Description:

Ensure all projects are in line with design and planning of the Company’s design and build standards

· Manage materials and equipment ordering, to avoid delays due to supply chain constraints

· Identification of key milestones and timelines and provide weekly updates against goals

· Ensure handoff to Sales, drop and install teams is seamless to create an excellent customer experience

· Work with drop and install teams manager to improve processes for efficiency and the customer experience

· Be an excellent representative of the company as you manage crews in the local communities

o First Year – 120 Hours/15 days/3 weeks. Accrual rate of 4.61 per pay period

o Start of Year 4 – 160 Hours/20 days/4 weeks. Accrual rate of 6.15 hours per pay period.

Paid Holidays: There are eight paid holidays each year. New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas, and your Birthday. Employees are eligible for holidays after the introductory period.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
