Job Title: Project Manager / OSP Engineer

The Thrasher Group is seeking a dedicated, Project Manager to join the Broadband Services Department as a OSP Engineer/ Broadband Engineer. The ideal candidate is forward-thinking, with the ability to lead innovative projects, develop client relationships, and work in a team environment. The selected candidate will have unlimited growth potential in a thriving industry.

To be successful, your skillset will include;

• Current working knowledge of best practice, industry standards
• Ability to create and revise OSP designs using AutoCAD or similar tools
• Experience in planning, designing, and broadband networks
• Prepare project documents, inclusive of designs, bid documents, permits, field reports, change orders, and cost estimates
• Evaluating project scope to include estimating costs, documenting and reporting progress, and maintain client relationships
• Have experience with public infrastructure projects

To be successful in this position, you will bring;

• AS/BS degree in Civil Engineering or related program is required
• Professional Engineer (PE) License is preferred but not required
• 5+ yrs. experience in the telecommunications industry of public infrastructure projects
• AutoCAD & GIS ArcMap experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
