Monday-Friday work schedule and home on the weekends for a healthy balance of work and home.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervising the work crew consisting of 2-3 crew members.
- Planning the most efficient and effective work order in order to perform tasks on a daily and weekly basis
- Identifying, communicating, and troubleshooting problems on the job site
- Executing quality work
- Creating and ensuring a positive, professional company image on the job site.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A minimum of 2-years’ experience in utility construction/telephone cable placement as a manager/foreman/HDD operator
- Ability to read and understand telephone and CATV prints
-Willing to travel throughout the state (primarily Eastern Wisconsin) Monday -Friday (home weekends, if not nightly)
-An insurance-acceptable driver’s license- Class A CDL preferred/able to obtain
- Previous training in utility safety standards
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead crews and assure customer satisfaction
- Ability to complete required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
