OSS Network Engineer

• Overall 10+ years of progressive experience with min of 6+ yrs experience in Telecom/Cable
• Highly skillful in OSS system architecture, process designs, specifications, system testing and system users training and adoption in carrier fiber service provisioning, design, and configuration.
• Deep knowledge and experienced in networks, devices, services modeling and automation with middleware knowledge in OSS systems
• Hands on experience and expertise in any one or more areas- OSS Inventory, OSS Network service and performance, NOC, Fiber construction and CPE management
• Should have experience in translating high-level business ask into solution architectures through required visual and documentation techniques.
• Hands on architecture design experience on COTS platforms: NetCracker Digital OSS, Oracle United Operations and/or Amdocs
• System integration lifecycle for a full stack OSS implementation
• Ability to work in a multi-vendor environment

Preferred Certifications:

• TOGAF Certified
• TMF Certifications

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $80.00 – $113.00 per hour
