Outbound Sales Representatives will handle outbound calls and inbound chats for T-Mobile by assisting customers and performing account reviews to upgrade existing products, add new lines of service and offer additional features and accessories. Top performers regularly earn $1200-$1500 per week in commissions alone.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Respond to requests and calls from customers related to client specific programs and products.
• Provide outbound support and sales via phone and / or chat with customers.
• Capitalize on all upsell opportunities.
• Close out sales via telephone.
• Consistently provide a great customer experience.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• 1-2+ years of previous sales experience preferred
• Customer service experience

• Excellent communication, typing and written skills

• Computer skills including typing skills, navigating multiple tabs, windows and systems

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Must be eligible to work in the US and work on site at our Tampa, Florida location.

Pay: $35,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
