_We are seeking a Full Time Sales Specialist to join our team._
_ _In this position, you will call warm leads in an effort to transfer the customer to a Solution Advisor to result in a sale. You will learn the business and soon learn to sell to the customer, rather than transfer them in certain cases. The role requires heavy calling to warm leads. You should be ambitious, results-driven, and goal-oriented. This is a great position for someone who is looking to grow within the company, and is motivated to sell, hardworking and looking for a fun working environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Makes proactive outbound calls to prospects who have abandoned the sales funnel
* Maintains a list of potential leads and follows up with those customers
* Update spreadsheet daily with activity
* Assists Solution Advisors with arranging meetings and sales calls with customers
* Enter all notes and relevant information regarding client inquiries into company CRM
Requirements
* Willingness to make 100+ (warm) phone calls daily.
* Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
* Desire and ability to learn new things
* Willingness to be open to new ideas
* Must possess a true commitment to drive sales and providing excellent customer service
* Excellent people development and communication skills.
