Blue Sky IT Partners
BlueSky currently runs 17 tickets daily, with different client, technologies, and field tech, and are expecting double to 34 tickets daily this year. Our process is the key to our success. It ensures that every customer gets the right level of service every time. We are looking for a Project Coordinator who will follow our process and help in our continued growth.
The position will work with existing technicians to make sure the work is correctly completed.
The right person will have experience working in an telecom environment completing the work including punching down a 66 or 110 block, extending DMARC, using a butt set to troubleshoot connections, provisioning POTS phones, cross connecting lines, test and turnup.
Key job responsibilities include:
Ticketing
- Interviewing techs before hand to make sure they have the needed skills and experience.
- Work with techs to make sure they understand scope, have the right tools, and are prepared for the work.
- Follow up with techs while they are on site, answer any questions, understand what problems arise, and troubleshoot as needed.
- Check all the work before the tech leaves to ensure the work was completed correctly.

· Ability to become proficient in ticketing platforms (Autotask and Field Nation) and BlueSky tools
· Ensure processes and KPI’s are followed daily
Qualifications
- Required – Experience working in an telecom environment completing the work including punching down a 66 or 110 block, extending DMARC, using a butt set to troubleshoot connections, provisioning POTS phones, cross connecting lines, test and turnup.
- Would be a plus to have experience working in an IT environment completing the work including installing routers/switches, carrier WAN turnups, hosted VOIP deployment, demarcation point extensions, wireless devices, low voltage running tickets, and completing site surveys.
- Experience working on multiple opportunities and customers at one time
- Practical time management skills and attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines for scheduling, project deadlines, and other deadlines
- Able to effectively communicate with customers and staff by phone, email, or client portal
- Able to work independently and with a team company culture
- Ability to resolve customer issues promptly
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and experience working with technical support ticketing systems and labor platforms
Job Type: Part-Time could have opportunity to go Full Time later.
Salary $20-$30/hour
