People Team Assistant

Edge Testing/ Eurofins Digital Testing

FIXED TERM & PART TIME

£18,00-£22k plus benefits

Location – Hybrid (office & home working available) – to live within commutable distance to Bellshill, Glasgow.

This is a new and exciting opportunity, to support the People team within three business which make up Eurofins Digital Testing. This new team will provide a professional HR administration to over 200 colleagues across the UK.

This would be an ideal opportunity for someone who has HR admin experience or had administration experience and would like to branch out into HR admin,

You will join our People Team & Talent Acquisition Team to deliver an efficient, professional and above all friendly service to our internal customer (our colleagues).

About the role

  • Ensure all new starter documentation is correct and issued in a timely manner to support with an exceptional onboarding experience to new colleagues
  • Deliver first class HR administration to all colleagues and our management team

· · To check compliance to our HR processes and policies, aimed at maintaining a safe & positive environment

What will I be doing?

  • You will be managing our HR inbox and responding to a range of HR queries
  • Producing and checking HR letters/ documentation and contracts of employment
  • Contributing to regular HR reporting
  • Arranging internal and external training
  • Support implementation of a new HR system across the group
  • User of our new HR & payroll system Oracle

  • You will need to be able to feel comfortable to prioritise your own time when there are conflicting demands
  • You will need to care about getting it right first time to deliver in this busy role
  • You will want to work within a close-knit team to deliver a high-quality service
