Your role

In the role of a Lead / Principal Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for transformation programs, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to solution and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. You will proactively identify opportunities for further expansion or improvement of services delivered to the customer

Required

  • Experience in leading / managing large BSS transformation and support programs
  • Experience in solution design and architecture guidance for transformation programs
  • Understanding of Telecom BSS , Billing , Integration and Data platform domain / standards
  • Managing service quality, delivery quality and improvement initiatives
  • Knowledge of Agile delivery methodology
  • Experience in Pre-sales, program initiation and change management processes

Preferred

  • Knowledge of UK Telecom landscape and regulations
  • Knowledge of satellite-based telecom service
