This job will have the following responsibilities:

Voice Services Discovery, involve in VOIP Design between datacenters for Integration Project.
Telecom related IP Migration Initiatives
Assisting with Telecom related App Tracking Initiatives
Participate in Integration Team meetings multiple times a week.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Support data center SIP and VOIP, Network & Voice services and proactively monitor the health of all Telecom systems located at the data centers and take appropriate action when required. Performs after-hours systems support, installation, and maintenance as required.
Provide specialized technical expertise in researching and resolving Network/VOIP/Telecom/Video related problems which may involve coordination of hardware and software vendor support.
Conduct VOIP implementations, conversions, and upgrades in a manner consistent with Standard Operating Procedures within company maintenance windows; including change management procedures.
Communicate effectively with supervisors, peers, project managers, and stakeholders.
Author technical documentation such as Telecom system diagrams and data center diagrams, Telecom Devices Static IP List.
