Description

The Product Analyst role is designed to help improve TELUS Cloud Collaboration and Conferencing product performance. The analyst will be analyzing product data, sales enablement content, processes and tools. This analysis will support informed change management and decision-making. The analyst will not only analyze but also execute on changes to content, processes, and tools. This will enable increased productivity, efficiency, quality, optimization and ultimately will improve client experience, business performance and business processes.

Qualifications

What you will do – What you bring to the role: (Required skills)

  • Analyze financial and contract data to identify billing and revenue assurance improvements supporting profitability. Report on findings on data analysis and recommended solutions. Execute on approved solutions
  • Analyze product sales enablement, and process content posted online within the corporate intranet, and within google g-suite, and SharePoint. Report on findings on data analysis and recommended solutions. Execute on approved solutions
  • Analyze sales enablement tools, and models. Report on findings on data analysis and recommended solutions. Execute on approved solutions
  • Analyze competitive information to help support information management decision-making on product roadmap. Report on findings to senior product management team
  • Establish a positive working relationship based on trust and mutual respect with individuals within the TELUS team ensure we deliver as promised
