We are searching for a Product Manager to lead the Competitive Intelligence program for SMB (Small-Medium Businesses). In this role, you will be responsible for collecting and providing competitive insights to our senior leadership team for competitive activities within our Mobility and Wireline business markets.
The Small-Medium Business (SMB) team is a dynamic, driven, fast-paced, collaborative and highly engaged group. Together, the team is responsible for delivering profitable growth within the highest-value segment for TELUS Business.

The Acquisition, Product Marketing team owns the design and implementation of our customer acquisition strategy and roadmap for both the wireline and wireless portfolios. You have strong collaboration & organizational skills, with a passion for learning that will be critical in driving the success in our portfolio.
A successful candidate would be a natural collaborator, innovator, team player and problem solver. In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with an extensive network of stakeholders within and outside of Marketing.
Here’s how
Use keen research skills to understand critical market insights across core SMB Mobility and Wireline markets
Understand promotional activity (messaging and pricing) across markets to drive strategic decision-making
Review competitive product development in Canada and the US to explain market-leading innovation
Interpret competitive business performance to understand key drivers of profit and loss
Identify process and strategy improvements where needed
Communicate key information and recommendations to senior leaders and strategy partners across the business
Qualifications
You’re the missing piece of the puzzle
4+ years of experience in customer marketing, product marketing, market research, market intelligence, or project management
Strong organizational skills required to track competitive activities
Strong presentation skills required to present insights to senior executive members
Ability to summarize information into key insights
Great to haves
Prior experience in the telecommunications industry
University degree or equivalent in a business or research-oriented field #LI-REMOTE
