The team you’ll be part of

You will be part of the Multivendor Customer delivery team responsible for project execution for BT Amadeus Multivendor Care Project

You will provide operational Customer interface at working level, take care of Customer satisfaction as well as responsible for Nokia financials (including revenue, sales margin, cost and cash collection).

What you will learn and contribute to

As part of our team, you will:

  • Be the primary contact within Nokia for BG specific planning and execution, BG resource allocation, BG prioritization and BG escalation topics for all phases of Execution process
  • Look for new opportunities to expand and renew BG contracts with Customers
  • Manage Customer relationship and Customer satisfaction for assigned BG scope in services, delivery and performance areas.
  • Accountable for Project financials covering revenue, sales margin, cost and cash collection and responsible for aggregating multi-BG Project financials, if you are in the Lead BG
  • Guide BG delivery reviews and related governance

Your skills and experience

  • Bachelor´s degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 15 years of telecom experience with a minimum of 10 years in project management
  • Broad thinker in driving value for our customers
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, organization, and project management skills
